Friday, September 25, 2009 was the memorial race for Michal Hazan. All money collected was donated to the "Cancer Fight Association". More than 30 of the best drivers in Israel attended the race, which ended up being tense all the way to the finish.

Leader and TQ Dotan Halevy (XRAY 808) and Yanive Levi (GS CLX) were both leading the race when they ran out of fuel. Only thanks to the excellent performance of their support teams were they able to get back on the track quickly and finish the race. Amit Bublil showed that he can give a good battle driving the AE, and so he finished in 3rd place.

Looking to see if it was a possible to successfully drive two categories (Buggy and Truggy), Dotan Halevy took the chance and drove both classes. He TQed in both classes and won both Truggy (XRAY XT8-2009) and Buggy (XB808) classes. The race was great for all the team. Hovav finished in 4th place, while Ofer had very successful race and finished in 6th place only due to technical problems.

The race results had such a good impression on some drivers that immediately after the race some switched from their original brands to the high-successfully XRAY 808 and XT8 2009spec.
We are looking forward to the next season to start in two weeks. With such great drivers, we are definitely going for the âśdoubleâť this year.
